eAYSO

eAYSO is the latest incarnation of a series of computer programs introduced by the AYSO National office over the past ten years to help manage AYSO. There are a few things different about this program though.

First, it was developed and geared to be the internal administration tool of AYSO NSTC first with the region capture and management a more minor function. So although it is meant to replace the previous WinAYSO, it really is a different focus application.

Second, the tool is built on a client-server model with a central server host for everyone to access via the Internet. Security measures are in place to prevent access to information outside your region or management domain. The AYSO National office has access to all the information nationally.

To help with regions who do not have real-time access to the Web during registration, there is the eAYSO Offline application that allows batch download and upload of registration data. As of 2008, the volunteer registration has been disabled and only player registration can be done through the tool. This tool more mimics the style of WinAYSO by providing a stand-alone, single computer tool.

Warning: Most report that the Apple Mac version of the eAYSO Offline application does not work.
